This site looks quaint and backward. They should demolish the whole site and put up high rise HBDs, shopping malls or high tech technology hub. While at it, they might as well change the name from "Melbourne" to "Chinbourne" as the whole cityscape had dramatically changed from anglophone to chinophone within the last 25 years.
You're right. It's flipped. Just like the rest of Melbourne. You can never call a country, a city, a town your own for an eternity. Why? Because there is no eternity. You can ask the dinosaurs. Hold on. They died with the thought of forever. The only home we could just well have is the world.

The only thing that is constant is CHANGE.
